FCPL Status and FCPL By-Laws & Constitution ( Revised and Updated April 2009 )

Dear Fellow FCPL Players:
The updated FCPL by-laws and consitution has been finally updated and submitted yesterday April 10, 2009 for ratification. This is to suit the current situation for FCPL players here in Doha, Qatar. A number of previous meetings has been held and majority has already approved of its contents and provisions after much study and deliberation.
We are planning to forward three (3) set or copies to the Philippines Embassy for authentication as part of the requirements for the accreditation process of our organization.
There are now fourteen (14) signatories as of today. May we call upon you to join and meet us for the signing of the updated FCPL by-laws and constitution. To meet each one, kindly give us a call (597.0467) or txt msg where we can meet you. We shall come to your place or a common meeting place to solicit your signatures to complete our task as soon as possible.
Our appreciation goes to the By-Laws Committee composed of Andro Huerto, Ferdinand Tan and Eduardo Nicolas and the active participation of everybody.
Recent changes in the 2009 FCPL Officers has been approved unanimously by all of FCPL members present during the past three (3) Friday meetings. The position of Secretary shall be vacated by Rommel Elarcosa upon his request. Rommel Elarcosa shall be designated and elected as the FCPL Website Administrator. The vacancy in the position of Secretary has been noted and the said vacant position shall be filled by Ruel Go upon unanimous election by everybody present. In addition, upon cursory examination of the soon to be updated FCPL by-laws, it was noticed that the position requires an Auditor. The vacancy shall be filled by Elmer Espiritu who was elected as FCPL Auditor by unanimous approval.
As usual, FCPL meets regularly at 10am to 5pm at Qatar Bowling Center every Friday of the week.
